Green Tea Honey Pudding and Panna Cotta
I always like the taste of green tea powder, I think I am addicted to that taste =)
The lower layer is green tea honey pudding and the upper layer is panna cotta. It might be quite difficult to find green tea powder in western countries, if you couldn't find it, don't worry, just have the panna cotta or use other flavoured soft drink such as chocolate milk, that would be great too!
I found this recipe on elle.com (if I am correct) and amended the amount of honey used in that recipe. For about 500ml of liquid, 1 TB of gelatin is just right.
Again this is a very easy recipe, I wouldn't like to try tedious recipes myself too cz we don't always have so much time in the kitchen!
Here is the recipe:
Green Tea Pudding (Lower Layer)
Green Tea Powder 2 Tsp
Gelatin 1 TB
Milk 500ml
Honey 4TB
Direction:
1. Heat 250 ml the milk in a pan, until there are little bubbles on the edge (don't boil it!).
2. Dissolve the gelatin with 3-4 TB hot milk.
3. Meanwhile, sift the green tea powder into the hot milk in the pan, until it blends well with the milk. You could taste a bit of the milk here (just a little bit!!), if you think the taste of green tea is not strong enough, add more green tea powder, but remember don't add in too much , or else it would be bitter! Add in the gelatin milk.
4. Add 4 TB honey into the remaining 250ml milk, stir until blends well. Add into the greentea-milk above.
5. Put into fridge for about 4 hours or until it became pudding :D:D
Panna Cotta (Upper Layer)
Milk 500ml
Gelatin 1TB
Sugar 1TB
Direction:
1. Heat 250 ml the milk in a pan, until there are little bubbles on the edge (don't boil it!).
2. Dissolve the gelatin with 3-4 TB hot milk.
3. Add sugar into hot milk in the pan. Adjust the sugar amount according to your taste.
4. Add in the gelatin milk
5. Add in the other 250ml milk, stir well
If you want to have two layers, get the lower layer done first, then get the upper layer on when the upper liquid is cool, or else it's gonna to melt the lower layer @w@ remember to stir again before adding on the lower layer.
I am not very patient sometimes when I am cooking...so the best way for me is to do the lower layer at night, leave it in the fridge overnight and do the upper layer in the morning :P:P
Hope you'll like this dessert :D:D

Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Being lazy these few days, even though I am on a one-week-holiday. :P:P These days I was thinking about cooking something delicious but not very fatty...I was trying a no-oil banana cake recipe this morning but the texture turned out a bit strange, I will keep trying and share that with you when I think it tastes okay :):)
This grilled cheese sandwich is very easy to make. Best to serve with coffee or tea for breakfast or tea time snack. This recipe is very flexible, we can customize it according to our taste :D:D
Ingredients: (1 serving)
2 pieces of bread (choose the type of bread you like: white, wheat, anything)
1 piece of Cheddar cheese (or any cheese, light cheese is better for health, grated cheese is also ok! For stronger taste or cheese lover, add extra cheese! :D:D)
Butter (optional)
Direction:
If you would like to add butter, spread adequate amount of butter on one side of each piece of bread. (Don't worry about the butter if you want to leave it out).
Put the first piece of bread on a pre-heated pan over medium heat, buttered-side-down onto the pan, place the cheese on top, place the second slide of bread on top, buttered-side face up this time.
Usually I would press the edges of the bread a bit so they won't fall apart that easily before the cheese melted.
When the first side turned golden-brown, flip it over, grill until the other buttered-side bread turned golden-brown.
Remarks:
With butter on, it's a little bit more crunchy, the brown color is prettier :P:P but it tastes just as fine without the butter in my opinion~
Be Well and leave comments! :D:D

Honey Green Tea
The green tea tea bags have been laying on the refrigerator for quite a while :P Originally I bought them for facial purpose but since my right ear was giving me problem I don't dare to put on anything near that area ever after. Since putting the tea on the skin might not be a good thing to do for me...put them in my stomach should be alright LoL This tea is really great and I would like to share that with you :):)
Green tea is good for health for a lot of reasons - many articles on the web pointed out that green tea can keep us young (antioxidant), can help burn up fat, reduce risk of cancer, good for eyes, good for heart etc. Honey also contain lots of good stuff such as Vitamin B2, 3, 5, 6, 9, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron etc etc.
In sum it's just good for health LoL
Honey Green Tea - Ingredients:
1. One green tea tea bag
2. Honey to taste
Directions:
Make the green tea with hot water (about 80'c, not boiling one cz it would damage some nutritions)
When the tea becomes warm, add in honey (I usually add in one table spoon, don't add it in when the tea is still very hot cz it will bring a sour taste to the tea)
This is really an easy and healthy drink to make, hope you'll like it! ^^
Be Well!
p.s. The tea bag can usually makes a few cups of tea, add in hot water again when you've finished one cup, but don't drink too much honey per day! LoL

Milo Muffin with Recipe
I am a milo lover (for those of you who don't know what milo is, it is just a type of powdered choco drink), the taste is so nice and I have always wanted to use it in cakes / biscuits.
It's so hard to find recipes with Milo, I finally found one long time ago and made quite a few alternation to the recipe which taste better now in my opinion :):)
The topping were cream cheese in the above picture.
Recipe: (For about 12 medium size cup cakes)
1. Self Raising Flour 1 and 3/4 cup
2. Chocolate 1 cup
3. Milk 1 and 1/4 cup
4. Butter 75g
5. Milo 1 cup
6. Egg 1
Direction:
1. Combine sifted flour and milo
2. Melt butter, chocolate, milk together
3. Add combined flour and milo into butter, chocolate and milk
4. Add in slightly beaten egg
5. Bake in oven at 200C for about 20 minutes or until it's cooked
P.S I used semi-sweeten chocolate for this recipe, if you like sweet cakes you can add in a little bit sugar, but if you are using sweeten chocolate, I think 1 cup of chocolate already give an enough sweet favor to the cake.
Let me know if you like this cake!^^
